Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  We make every effort to provide you with a high quality, durable slide unit.   Innovative Industries Inc. warrants its products to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and maintenance. 

SlideMaster Slide Unit:

There shall be a lifetime limited warranty on the slide unit. The lifetime limited warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferable.  Innovative Industries Inc. will, at it's option repair, replace, or authorize appropriate adjustments to the limits stated in this warranty.

SlideMaster Deck:

There shall be a one year warranty on SlideMaster supplied decking.  Innovative Industries, Inc. will, at it’s option, repair, replace, or authorize appropriate adjustments to the limits stated in this warranty.

Conditions:

• Warranty work may be obtained by appointment at Innovative Industries Inc.
• Service by anyone other than Innovative Industries, Inc., is not reimbursable unless prior approval is given by Innovative.
• Total warranty liability by Innovative shall not exceed the original cost of the warrantied item.
• Electrical component warranty shall be the same as that provided by the component manufacturer.

Does Not Cover:

• This warranty does not cover any repair to a finish coating.
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, alterations, or accident.
• Innovative Industries Inc. shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages associated with the use of a SlideMaster unit.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

• Contact Innovative Industries, Inc., for disposition and approval.
• Provide satisfactory evidence of original purchase.
